Deadline requirements:
For bulletin announcements: The Monday prior to the Sunday bulletin you are requesting.
For all creative work (posters, slides, flyers, graphics): 4 weeks (this will allow for a 2 week advertising period for your event).

**Reminder: You need to fill out the room/area reservation form separately to request a room or table.

Bulletin announcements are due the Monday prior to the Sunday bulletin. - All creative work (posters, slides, graphics) are due 4-weeks prior to your event. All promotional items will be created by our Media Specialist on campus. *

BULLETIN ANNOUNCEMENT - you must provide the written announcement. Keep text brief (3 line maximum). Write in the space below. Announcements will run for 2 weeks prior to event.

MIDWEEK UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT - You must provide the written announcement. Keep text brief (3 line maximum).

FACEBOOK POST - You must provide the written announcement for your Facebook Post.

NETWORK - Newsletter article (quarterly) please provide your article below. If you have pictures to include, please send them to DoraA@nhumc.org in a jpeg format only.

AUDIO/VISUAL: All request must be sent to AbleS@nhumc.org and also require a 4-week lead-time.

**All announcements and promotions are at the discretion of the Senior Pastor.**
